The MAPS 4 Housing construction and modernization efforts provide opportunities for local businesses with experience in contracting. Over an estimated 10 years, the Oklahoma City Housing Authority expects to contract with an array of local professionals to support our mission of creating new housing, executing revitalization and building the infrastructure for supportive services that are funded by MAPS 4.

All contractors are required to maintain the following insurance:

• Worker’s Compensation, according to the State of Oklahoma statutes;
• General Liability, $500,000.00 for each occurrence;
• Automotive Liability, $500,000.00 per occurrence on all owned and non-owned vehicles.
